Sally grew up in North Yorkshire and has been lucky enough to ride alongside some top riders in eventing, showjumping and dressage.
Having worked as an equestrian veterinary nurse she became fascinated with the effects of not just “correctly” fitting saddles but the effects that saddles can have with regards to performance. Each horse is individual, it’s by “listening to” and observing horses that we can get the ultimate result from saddle fitting.
Having a clear understanding of their anatomy and Biomechanics and the physical demands placed upon them through competition, Sally has chosen to work closely with specialist professionals to provide the best possible service for customers and their horses –
Veterinary and Equine Dentist
The Horse Bit Shop, specialist bit and bridle fitter
fellow saddle fitter at Colne Saddlery & Hope Valley Saddlery
Sally is fascinated with Equine Biomechanics and achieving the best results from saddle fitting with the horse’s welfare at heart and forefront of all she does.
She is currently studying this further and will hopefully soon be able to demonstrate the difference in saddle fits by using technology…….watch this space!!!!
Sally is a great “people person” is easily approachable and is passionate about horses with complete empathy towards all that they do for us.
The brands that Sally has chosen have been carefully selected due to quality and fit for both horse and rider.
